- Business Development Partner: you like our methodology, are a trusted professional in management or government consultancy and have access to potential clients. - On-site Consultant: you are a serious and talented individual that has management related training , with different levels of experience, and would like to help improve the competitiveness of the companies in your area. You can work with us on a project basis. In addition to your own language you will have full command of English. You will probably hear from us when we start a project in your area. - Global Consultant: you are eager to learn, a natural problem solver, analytical, creative and a good communicator. You come from a reputed Business School and probably have an MBA. You enjoy working in multicultural teams and speak at least 3 languages. You are technology savvy with office and internet applications. You love travelling. - Shared Services department: you are a complete finisher, self motivated individual, able to help in marketing, administration or knowledge management. You excel in the usage of web based solutions and are not afraid of new processes and methods. You speak excellent English and are able to communicate in other languages, ideally Spanish and French. You are accustomed to work in a distributed organization.
