Training

As part of a Regional Competitiveness Reinforcement Program, Competitiveness provides a series of trainings on cluster methodology to client staff and new local consultants. The standardization of our methodology facilitates its rapid transfer to new consultants and institutions. Undergoing a training allows our partners to better understand and participate in our work. After implementing a Regional Competitiveness Reinforcement Program and participating in several trainings, many of our clients develop the capacity to manage cluster initiatives themselves in our absence. The training covers the basic aspects of managing a cluster initiative, including strategic analysis tools and approaches to changing firm mind-sets. The CRI methodology is explored in detail using case studies. The training can be provided at Competitiveness's main office in Barcelona or at the client's office and typically lasts three or four days.
