Competitiveness Program for Regions


Our comprehensive Competitiveness Program package allows regions to fully harness the power of cluster-based development.

The program consists of proven tools delivered by local teams under the tutorship of our methodological experts. It includes:

  • Guidance in selecting appropriate clusters for the most effective interventions,
  • Training courses to help public/private stakeholders contribute to the competitiveness program and successfully manage cluster policy,
  • A series of Competitiveness Reinforcement Initiatives (CRIs) implemented across a variety of key local clusters,
  • nline software tools that facilitate collaboration and information-sharing within the cluster,
  • Monitoring of post-CRI cluster progress and action implementation,
  • Seminars on horizontal policies to spread the lessons learned from cluster initiatives to policymakers.
