Competitiveness Reinforcement Initiative
The Competitiveness Reinforcement Initiative (CRI) is the core of the Regional Competitiveness Reinforcement Program. It reinforces the competitiveness of a targeted cluster by generating a dynamic of change among cluster firms, creating a forum for collaboration, providing them with a deeper understanding of their strategic positioning, and defining concrete steps to enhance their competitiveness. A CRI lasts six-months and is divided into three distinct phases, each of which culminates in a public presentation:
1.The identification of future challenges.
2.The creation of a vision for the future.
3.The development of lines of action.
