Cluster Monitoring Services

The Cluster Monitoring Service facilitates project management and performance monitoring following a CRI through the utilization of a custom-designed software platform, the Cluster Manager (link to updated CM webpage). At the conclusion of each CRI, an individual representative of the cluster is designated as a cluster manager. This person follows up with firms and other cluster agents in order to ensure that action lines agreed to during the final phase of the CRI are being put into practice.

 - Implementation of CRI action lines: The cluster manager monitors the progress of action implementation, supporting the ongoing activities of each workgroup.

 - Managing the cluster community: The cluster manager updates the database of cluster companies and edits content, news, and activities for the initiative's website using the Cluster Manager software tool.

 - Monitoring outputs and results: The cluster manager implements an ongoing performance evaluation survey (link to CCR brochure) of cluster companies and institutions. A year after beginning progress evaluation, cluster agents meet to assess the independently evaluated results.
